A long term project has started from mh PROJECT nyc residency in 2019 is going to continue in different places.

I asked the participants to show me their belonging. While I was sketching the belongings for 40 minutes in average, I was also listening the story behind each belonging. The sketch was given to the participants at the end, after taking a photograph of the schetch and hands of the participants holding their belongings. 

I selected a part of conversations between me and the participants that I recorded transformed to drawings on tracing papers. Those drawing are the patterns for cross stitch. Ultimately, those are going to be embroidered.

This project will be expand and will be presented in installation form in near future.
